What your plan actually includes

You're paying every month, so you should know what every month buys — in words, not in a feature grid. This is the whole of it. If something here is unclear, that's our failure to write it plainly, and we'd like to know.

Edits and fixes are different things

An edit is something you want changed.

New copy, a swapped photo, a price update, a seasonal banner, a new member of staff — anything where the site is working exactly as built and you want it to say something different. Edits come out of your plan's monthly allowance.

A fix is something wrong with what we built. Fixes are always free.

A broken link, a layout that breaks on a phone, a form that doesn't send, anything not working the way it was delivered. That is our defect, not your allowance — it is free on every plan including Starter, it doesn't come out of your edits, and there is no time limit on it. We stand behind the work we build.

Where the line is, stated honestly. A fix is our mistake. “Make it do something new” is an edit. We won't let “fix” quietly swallow feature requests, and we won't bill a genuine bug as an edit. When it is genuinely unclear which one it is, we treat it as a fix — the doubt goes your way.

What each plan includes

PlanEditsWe start withinRollover
Starter $49/month 2 content edits a month 2 working days No rollover — two a month, and unused ones don't stack up.
Care $99/month 30 minutes of real edit time a month Doubled for your first year: 60 minutes a month for the first 12 months. 1 working day Rolls over one month — you can bank up to 60 minutes, never more.
Custom $1.5k–7.5k+ one-time 30 minutes a month, included free for your first year, then $100/month if you want it Included free for the first 12 months after handover. 1 working day Rolls over one month, up to 60 minutes.

Working days means Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays — so a request that lands on Friday evening is started on Tuesday if you're on Starter. Fixes aren't in this table because they aren't rationed.

If you go over

  1. The first time you go over, we just do it and tell you how the allowance works. Once.
  2. After that it queues to next month by default, and we tell you the date it'll be done.
  3. Or we quote it and you decide. You will never be charged an amount you didn't agree to first.
  4. If you're regularly going over, we'll say so and suggest the bigger plan rather than nickel-and-diming you.

What isn't included

Said out loud, because an exclusion you find out about later feels like a broken promise.

Uptime: we won't quote you a number, and here's why that's the honest answer.

Your site is a set of static files served from Cloudflare's global network — the same network that serves millions of sites. There is no server of ours to go down, no database to fall over, and no software to patch at 2am. We could print a percentage next to that, but a percentage is a payout promise, and we'd rather give you the reason the site stays up than a number to argue about if it ever doesn't.

The rest of it

Full pricing, setup fees and ownership terms are on the pricing page. Looking for the legal contract rather than what your plan buys? That's the Terms of Service.
