Not your usual corner-cafe look. A full-bleed misty-forest photograph, a hand-drawn crest — crescent moon, pinecone, ferns — an elegant serif wordmark, and the line “A little magic in every cup.” The brief was mood, so the whole page is mood: cinematic, mystical, unmistakably its own.

Under the atmosphere it still does the quiet work — loads clean on a phone, and marks up the hours, location and menu so search and AI assistants can read the place, not just admire it.

The part everyone else buries

A lot of website companies keep your domain in their own name and make leaving expensive. We don't. Here's exactly how ownership works on each tier — no asterisks.

  1. Your domain is in your name. From day one.

    Not ours, not “held on your behalf.” Your name is on the registration the day it's bought, and you get the login — on every tier, including the two subscriptions.

  2. Starter: leave whenever, keep the site after six months.

    Cancel in the first six months and you owe nothing — the domain is still yours. Want to keep the built site itself, you pay out to month six. That's the only lock, and it just stops “sign up, grab the finished site, cancel.”

  3. Care: a twelve-month commitment, then annual.

    Care carries real monthly work — edits, monitoring, priority. The year term protects that cost. It renews annually and you exit at renewal; nothing auto-escalates.

  4. Custom: it's a purchase. It's yours forever.

    No subscription, no lock, no hostage. You buy the site, we hand over every file and the domain, and after final approval we step back. Maintenance later is optional, never required.

    Domain in your name, files in your hands. Keep us on for edits and monitoring, or take it and go. Nothing gets switched off to make a point.

Questions

Do I really get a Starter site in 72 hours?

Yes, on Starter — that's the tier the 72-hour guarantee is on. Day one we talk for ten minutes; day two your site is live; day three you tell us what to change. The only thing that slows it down is waiting on your photos. Care and Custom trade the speed for craft: a polished first draft in a week, and in seven days, respectively.

What's the difference between renting and buying?

Starter and Care are subscriptions — we host it, you use it, and it stays maintained. Custom is a one-time purchase: you own the design, the files and the domain outright, and after you approve the final draft we step back. Same team either way; different relationship.

Who owns the website and the domain?

You do, on every tier. The domain is registered in your name from day one, and you always get the login. On the subscriptions you can leave and take the site as files; on Custom it was yours the moment you approved it.

Can I sell products online?

Yes — an online shop (cart, checkout, inventory) is an add-on to any tier. We price it separately because e-commerce is real ongoing work, and we won't bury that cost in a headline price.

What if I outgrow Starter?

You move up. Start on a template, and when you want custom design, monitoring or a bespoke build, we carry your content forward into Care or Custom — you're never starting over.
