Plain terms for a plain-dealing company. Effective July 30, 2026.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Dokaz Industries ("we," "us," "the Company"). They cover everything we offer: Doxa (our public AI-belief research), Kleos (AI-visibility audits and monitoring), and Techne (websites we build and host).
By using our sites, subscribing, or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms. If you're agreeing for a business, you confirm you're authorised to bind it. If you don't agree, don't use the services.
Doxa is free, public research about how AI models answer a fixed set of questions — informational only. Kleos measures how AI assistants describe and recommend local businesses, sold as one-time audits and as monitoring subscriptions. Techne builds, hosts, and maintains small-business websites on subscription or as a one-time custom build. Product-specific terms are in §3–§5; the general terms in §6 onward apply to all of them.
A Kleos audit is a one-time report on how AI assistants currently describe and recommend a business, with a prioritised fix list. Monitoring is a subscription that re-scans on a schedule and alerts you to changes. Both are based on live AI model outputs, which are non-deterministic and change over time — see §11.
Techne plans: Starter is $49/month or $470/year; Care is $99/month or $950/year; Custom is a one-time build quoted per project. Monthly plans carry a one-time setup fee ($149 Starter / $249 Care) charged on the first invoice, which pays for building the site and is non-refundable once the build has begun; annual plans waive it.
Your domain is registered in your name from day one and is always yours. You keep the built site once you've subscribed six months, prepaid a year, or paid the balance of those first six months to own it early (the remaining months at your monthly rate). If you cancel before that without doing so, the site is taken offline and you keep your domain. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel any time with no exit fee. Annual prepayments are refunded pro-rata; the setup fee and any early-ownership payment are non-refundable.
Doxa is provided free, for general information. It is not advice, and we make no warranty about its accuracy or fitness for any purpose. You may read and cite it; you may not present it as your own or resell it.
Paid services are billed through Stripe; we never store your card number. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Washington sales tax is added on the invoice where it applies (website build and support are taxable; hosting and domain registration are itemised and exempt). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You're responsible for giving us accurate information and, for any content you provide (copy, photos, logos), for owning or having the right to use it and for its lawfulness. We build from what you give us and don't invent facts, licences, or reviews on your behalf.
You own the content you provide and, once ownership transfers under §4, the finished website built for you. Our research, tooling, templates, reports, and Dokaz Industries branding remain ours. If we show finished client work as an example, we use only what is already public; tell us in writing if you'd prefer we didn't and we'll remove it.
Don't use the services for anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful, or to publish unlawful or infringing content. We may suspend or terminate the services, after notice where practical, for a material breach — including non-payment or prohibited content.
Our services run on third-party providers — hosting and DNS via Cloudflare, payments via Stripe, AI model queries via Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google, and email/form delivery via third-party providers. Your use of those is subject to their terms, and their availability is outside our control. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
AI assistant outputs are non-deterministic and change with every model release. We build fast, well-structured, AI-readable work and report honestly on it, but we cannot and do not promise any specific outcome — a particular search ranking, that any AI assistant (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) will mention or recommend you, or any amount of traffic, leads, or revenue. All services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties except those that can't be excluded by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dokaz Industries is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability arising out of the services is limited to what you paid us for the relevant service in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of the content you provide or your use of the services in breach of these Terms — for example, a claim that your content infringes someone's rights.
We may update these Terms as our services evolve. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and, where reasonable, let you know. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington.
