How a build goes
We ask what you do, where you work, your hours and prices, and what customers ask you all day. You talk, we write it down, you text us photos. That conversation is the whole brief — no forms, no jargon, no three-week discovery phase billed by the hour.
AI does the heavy lifting on the build, so Starter goes live inside 72 hours. Care and Custom come back with a polished first draft in a week — designed around your business, never dropped into a template. Then Ian goes through it by hand: the copy, the structure, the schema that lets AI assistants read you. The speed is the machine; the judgement is the person.
Domain in your name, files in your hands. Keep us on for edits and monitoring, or take it and go. Nothing gets switched off to make a point, and when you call about a change, a real human — Ian — answers.
The part everyone else buries
Plenty of website companies keep your domain in their own name and make leaving expensive. We don't. Here's exactly how ownership works — no asterisks.
Not ours, not “held on your behalf.” Your name is on the registration the day it's bought, and you get the login — on every tier, including the two subscriptions.
A link or an email on the subscriptions — no phone call you have to make during business hours, no retention script, and no early-termination fee.
Cancel and we hand you the whole website as files, free, alongside the domain you already own. Put it on any host you like. Nothing gets switched off to make a point.
Leave in the first six months and you owe nothing — the domain is still yours. To keep the built site itself, pay out to month six. Care is instead a twelve-month commitment, since it carries real monthly work.
No subscription, no lock, no hostage. You buy the site, we hand over every file and the domain, and after final approval we step back. Maintenance later is optional, never required.

Yes, on Starter — that's the tier the 72-hour guarantee is on. Day one we talk for ten minutes; day two your site is live; day three you tell us what to change. The only thing that slows it down is waiting on your photos. Care and Custom trade the speed for craft: a polished first draft in a week, and in seven days, respectively.
Starter and Care are subscriptions — we host it, you use it, and it stays maintained. Custom is a one-time purchase: you own the design, the files and the domain outright, and after you approve the final draft we step back. Same team either way; different relationship.
Yes — an online shop (cart, checkout, inventory) is an add-on to any tier. We price it separately because e-commerce is real ongoing work, and we won't bury that cost in a headline price.
You move up. Start on a template, and when you want custom design, monitoring or a bespoke build, we carry your content forward into Care or Custom — you're never starting over.
